Aussie’s Miracle Moist – The Quick and Easy Hair Cure-All
Incorporate a hair mask like Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist into your haircare routine at least once a week. You can use it during your morning shower for a quick deep conditioning treatment that won’t make you late, or apply while you enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub and really let it penetrate the hair.
Optimize your shower routine. Make sure you’re using a shampoo and conditioner suited to your hair type and needs. Consider getting a water purifier for your shower to help eliminate chlorine and other chemicals, especially if you live in a large city.
Always, always, always use conditioner after you shampoo! It hydrates and seals in moisture, but it also helps to keep your hair from absorbing too much excess water so it will dry faster. Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist can be used as a daily conditioner — I use it every time I wash my hair and it’s great for all hair types.
Use a soft, moisture-wicking hair towel to dry your hair; you can either wrap it up turban-style or blot it in sections. Just don’t rub or ruffle your hair with a regular cotton towel — that can damage your hair and cause major frizz issues.
Hair is most fragile when it’s wet, so try to be gentle when you’re detangling wet hair. Brush out knots starting at the ends and work your way up to minimize damage. Using a leave in conditioner and a detangling comb will also make your life easier.
Curly Hair Tips:
Managing curly hair is so specific to each head of hair. First and foremost, your shower routine is super important because keeping your locks moisturized is key. Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist is great for getting the moisture you need, without weighing your hair down. Using a leave-in conditioner post-shower is also very helpful for keeping frizz in check.
Try spritzing damp hair with Aussie Sprunch Hairspray and blow dry with a diffuser – it’s a great way to jumpstart the look of your curls, instead of having to scrunch while you air dry for hours, hoping it falls into place the way you want it to.
Also, if there are a few curls that just aren’t cooperating, take a small iron to them — but space out the curls you touch up. Once you’re finished with the curling iron, flip your head, lightly mist with hairspray like Aussie Mega Hairspray from about eight inches away, and shake it out.
Hopefully, some of these tips helped you. What are some of your haircare go-tos?!
