Krasey Holidays

When it comes to the holiday season, by far my favorite aspect is the plethora of fantastic new releases and gifting options – especially of the scented variety.

Narciso L'Absolu

Narciso Rodriguez L’Absolu for Her

Sophisticated and timeless, Narciso Rodriguez fragrances have been a longtime staple in my library of scents. New to the collection is Narciso Rodriguez L’Absolu for Her, a provocative, seductive scent that brings forth images of seductive sirens and midnight rendezvous. Of sophisticated, beautiful, and powerful women. L’Absolu opens with floral notes of tuberose and jasmine absolute, but gives way to a heart of musk, amber, patchouli and sandalwood. L’Absolu is everything I love in a winter fragrance.

Tocca Meet the Girls

Tocca Meet the Girls

In my quest for the perfect scent of the day, I confess that I can be fickle when it comes to decision making. Thankfully, TOCCA offers up their entire fragrance library, all in a neat little tin. Meet the Girls features ten, pocket-sized sprays that include a whole spectrum of scents from spicy to sweet, fruity to floral. This is the kind of fragrance kit you’d reach for when going on a trip – those times you don’t want to commit to a single scent but need to know you’ll love whatever you choose to spritz.

Hugo Woman

HUGO Woman

If I were to analyze my own fragrance collection, it comes as no shock that fruity florals are 80% of the time what I will reach for. A brand new scent from HUGO BOSS, HUGO Woman is a fruity floral with wood as a base that is both feminine and sweet. At its heart, there is something earthy and fresh – a hint of ocean air, as the fragrance’s description suggests. All in all, a fragrance I will reach for often in the coming months.

Cartier Le Panthere

Cartier La Panthere Eau de Parfum Legere

Cartier fragrances bring me back to my childhood. Mainly, because my mother favored the classic Must de Cartier for much of my childhood. Happily, La Panthere by Cartier is an iteration from the classic fragrance house that I absolutely love, as its notes of flowers and musk feel both new, and familiar. Like the cat this scent is named after, Cartier’s La Panthere is sleek, sexy, and delicately bold.

Never one to neglect my man, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the latest scent for him to cross our path – BOSS THE SCENT. Ginger, lavender, maninka fruit and leather all come together to create a memorable fragrance for him.
