When it comes to briefly describing my daily calendars and task lists, suffice it to say that krasey (err, make that crazy) sums it up nicely. My days are often long (as in, 16-17 hours long), and exhausting, and sometimes I am simply running on fumes.
So what’s a busy fit girl to do? Why, look to outside energy sources, naturally. FRS is not a new brand here on Krasey Beauty, but it is definitely a brand worth mentioning once more. While I am being stretched in what feels like ten thousand different directions, I’ve been turning to FRS to keep me going, naturally.
I’ve gone through this before, but it doesn’t hurt to reiterate that what makes FRS unique is the presence of quercetin- an antioxidant typically found in the skin of apples, blueberries, and grapes. What makes quercetin so special is its ability to work way down at the cellular level to encourage the body to create more energy. FRS is also jam-packed with vitamins, other antioxidants, and fat-loss boosting green tea extract.
The way I utilized FRS varied, depending on my day’s activities. For the most part, I would add the recommended amount of concentrate to my bottle of water, whenever I felt like I could use a little pick-me-up. On days that I would especially be dragging, I’d add a chew or pre-made drink to my routine, just to ramp things up a bit. The energy I got from these was super gentle, and never left me crashing.
In the pic above, you can see me shoveling snow after Mother Nature dumped 18 inches of snow on my head. That task called for a can of low cal peach mango, and a chew!
