How do I love fashionable fitness gear, let me count the ways:
1. It’s functional – I can work out in it AND hit the streets for errands, social gatherings, and other tomfoolery.
2. I have always been a comfort before style kind of girl, but it is definitely nice not to have to compromise one or the other.
3. When I look good, I feel good, and when I feel good, I perform better, in all aspects of life.
Now let’s focus on that third point, shall we? During prep, or even when trying to push past previous plateaus, I can use all the help I can get in the motivation department. For me, wearing a new pair of sneakers or a hot new gym outfit gives my gluteus maximus the push it needs to go harder, stronger, and for longer. Enter TFL Apparel, the newest brand on my radar that is bringing it in the fashionable fit-wear department.
As a bit of a background, TLF stands for ‘Train Like a Freak’, and was founded by Chris Ferguson, the Founder and CEO of BSN. Besides hosting a myriad of incredibly appealing and super-fashionable workout apparel options, TLF also brings it in the performance department, as I have come to find.
When TLF contacted me to try their line, picking out an outfit for me was a no-brainer. I went with the Infinity Anarchy bra (which you see above and below), and the Infinity Captivate Pants (which you see at the top of this post). Not only did the outfit withstand the rigors of my workout, but I left the gym to go about my day looking just as good as I did when I entered. Let’s also discuss the slew of compliments, which are always a good thing in my book!
All in all, I am incredibly impressed with TLF Apparel. From the innovative styles to the flattering and functional cut and fit, they’ve got a fan in me. You can check it out for yourself, on the TLF Apparel website. Gents, don’t worry- they have you covered, too!
