What do you get when you mix the electrifying atmosphere of New York Fashion Week, a fast-paced spin class, and Reebok’s latest and greatest apparel for 2015? The answer is of course Ride The Runway, an event that I attended as part of one stellar #Fitfluential campaign.
The event went a little something like this: visit the brand new Reebok Fit Hub in Union Square, browse and shop the latest and greatest from Reebok’s apparel line, get a sneak peek at all of the new and exciting styles Reebok has coming out for next year, and finally, get our sweat on with one kick-butt workout, led by Kyle from Cyc Fitness. Reebok hosted this event in conjunction with Burn This, a social/mobile app that allows you to book any and every fitness class your heart desires.
It goes without saying that I had an AMAZING time, working out while oohing and ahhing over the latest trends. If there is one thing your resident fitness/beauty blogger loves, it’s a good spin class.
Earlier that morning, I took the new Reebok ZQuick Electrify Sneakers through a workout, and they passed all the tests and rigors of my cross-training session with flying colors. Light and flexible enough to take on a run, while offering up enough support to keep me steady during heavy lifting sessions, the ZQuick Electrifys are a worth addition to my happy little Reebok family of sneakers.
If you are in the NYC area, definitely check out the new Reebok Fithub in Union Square. While you’re at it, download Burn This, book yourself a spin class at Cyc, and watch the fun unfold. If you aren’t in New York, still check out the new ZQuick Electrify Sneakers from Reebok, and tell me what you think!
