Limit your sun exposure

Researchers have found that up to 42 percent of smokers suffer from moderate to severe acne.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are rich in the vitamins and minerals that you need to keep your skin healthy. Vitamin C, which is found in broccoli and citrus fruits, is one of the best foods for your skin. It helps reduce the number of free radicals in your body. Free radicals are compounds that speed up the aging process.

Additionally, if you wear makeup, you need to be cognizant of the fact that it can potentially cause acne. You need to make sure that you buy products that are labeled ”noncomedogenic”. Those types of makeup are specifically designed for people who have very sensitive skin. You also want to make sure that you avoid wearing heavy foundation because that can trigger or worsen acne.
