Say Hello to the Clarisonic Acne Clarifying Collection

When it comes to the war on acne, sometimes you need to go sonic to really get the job done.

Brand new from the fine folks who brought the masses sonic cleansing and sonic eye serum application, the Clarisonic Acne Clarifying Collection features a brand new brush, the Mia 2, and Clarisonic’s very own brand new Acne Daily Clarifying Cleanser.

I recently attended a special press event, showcasing the brand new system. Those who have been longtime readers know, I cannot do anything without my daily Clarisonic cleansing sessions. Now, the sonic cleansing goodness is extending to acne care, thanks to a brand new brush head, paired with a daily use cleanser.

The treatment of acne begins with proper cleansing, to ensure that pores stay clean and gunk free. The first step of course is a great cleanser, which the Acne Daily Clarifying Cleanser clearly is with 2% acne-fighting salicylic acid, and soothing vitamins and botanicals. The second step is the delivery system, in this case, Clarisonic’s brand new Acne Cleansing Brush head. For those wondering how the new head differs from previous versions, besides being green of course, this new head is softer, denser, and completely safe to use on more sensitive acne-prone skin. While this brush comes automatically with the new Mia 2, rest assured that it will fit on your original, Mia, or Clarisonic Plus.

Also kind of exciting is the introduction of the Mia 2, which offers up all the benefits of Mia 1, with a time and 2 speeds. It also comes with a nifty carrying case, perfect for travel.

There is a new weapon in the war on acne, and its name is the Clarisonic Acne Therapy System. Look for it today, straight from the Clarisonic website.

I have heard some pretty scary things about the new brush head from Goss Makeup Artist! I love my Clarasonic and my current skin condition so I won’t be trying the new brush head – just in case lol!

Very Interesting. I would love to try it out. I wonder whether it is comparable to the others such as the sigma.
