Krasey Noms- Healthy Snacking

My name is Adina, and I am a certified snackaholic. Froyo, not alcohol, pretzels, not cigarettes, are my vices of choice. You are looking at the girl that would rather eat healthy, miniscule meals in order to make room for my delectable snackies (as my boyfriend has dubbed the jug of miscellaneous snack food items that I keep in a giant plastic jug. That being said, here are just a few of my current snacks of choice.

Navitas Naturals Organic Raw White Mulberries

I’ve never been big on the dried fruit snack wagon, but the Navitas Naturals Organic Raw White Mulberries are quickly having me change my tune. With the texture of dried fruit, and a taste not unlike that of a dried raisin, these teeny berries have been gracing everything from my daily oatmeal, to my greek yogurt. Happily, these berries pack protein, iron, calcium, vitamins, and the antioxidant resveratrol, all into a teeny tasty little package.

Not necessarily something I eat, but definitely something that I am drinking copious amounts of this summer are Kusmi’s Iced Teas. 12 flavors- 2 of each- packed into one box, the variety pack includes Anastasia (with scents of bergamot, lemon and orange blossom), Imperial Label Green Tea (with orange and cinnamon notes), Detox , Sweet Love , Be Cool, and Boost to name a few. I make this by the pitcher, to keep me cool, hydrated, and caffeinated all day.

A recent, and very happy snack related discovery of mine happened at my  local Costco. While strolling the snack aisles and found this delicious, very jumbo sized bag of Snikiddy Baked Cheese Fries. Low in calories, but high in flavor, these delicious cheddar flavored baked potato sticks are as addictive as chips, but not nearly as bad for me.
