Banning the Bland (Chicken!) with Hellmann’s

Mark Consuelos, Tim Love and Sissy Biggers Have Teamed Up with Hellmann’s® to End Menu Monotony Series of head-to-head chicken dish challenges creates a roster of new recipes to help moms diversify their dinnertime routine. In honor of that collaboration, here is a fun chicken recipes for you to try!


PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN

A simple and juicy solution for dinner.

4 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes     Cook Time: 20 minutes

1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)

4 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

 

Timesaving Tip: Try making this dish with thin-cut boneless skinless chicken breasts! Prepare as above, decreasing bake time to 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked through.

TIP: Omit Parmesan cheese and have Magically Moist Chicken on table in less than 30 minutes.
