If there is one thing I am always down for, it’s getting more precious zzz’s. Thanks to my new, more productive (read: busier) lifestyle, I just don’t have time to toss and turn before nodding off into dream land. So how does it work? The NightWave projects a soft blue light, that slowly rises and falls. What I basically do is lie with my eyes open, and time my breathing to the ebb and flow of the soft blue light.
