When it comes to fashion week, there are just some destinations that are too wonderful, too stylish, and too cutting-edge to be ignored. One such destination was the DVF and HP Experience Lounge.
For those who weren’t formally acquainted, the DVF and HP Experience Lounge was a three-day, multi-media event to celebrate the second anniversary of Fashion’s Night Out on Friday, September 10th.
“Fashion’s Night Out was such an amazing success last year that we wanted to come up with a concept that would take it into the digital universe,” says Diane von Furstenberg, . “The Experience Lounge is our way of inviting everyone to engage with the fashion community and also interact with DVF… and who better to create that interactive experience than HP?!”

And what’s better than an amazing, interactive, fashion-savvy lounge? Why a blogger tweet-up with the CFDA council, of course! I had the exclusive opportunity to hear all that is new and exciting in the accessories world, straight from the trend-setters themselves.
It goes without saying that I learned lots from the council. Like the beauty world, fashion is non-stop and ever-changing, making councils like this a crucial part of every reporter’s repertoire. Thanks to HP and DVF, I am in the know, and that folks is a beautiful thing.
