As always, Thuy put on an amazing display, both backstage and on. Read on for the look!
The makeup team, led by Lottie for the Make Up For Ever Alliance, created a look that was grown up, but still girly and fun. The collection had a very uptown girl vibe.
Models first got the HD Foundation treatment, and were then softly contoured with Sculpting kit 10 and 20, and then highlighted with Pan Cake #3. Aqua Cream Number 13 acted as an additional highlighter for brow bones and cheeks.
Eyes were softly sculpted with Sculpting Kits 10 and 20, for a soft contour. Inner eyes were lined with Make Up For Ever Concealer Pencil, and the eyes were finished with Make Up For Ever Smoky Lash.
On the lips was Rouge Artist Intense in 39, a bright pinkish coral.
The nail team was led by none other than Sunshine Outing for Zoya Nail Polish. For Thuy, models got the Kelly treatment using blue-grey Kelly, from the Wonderful collection. F.Y.I, the models were all going crazy for the color, but we knew they would, didn’t we?
Rounding out the beauty look, Rodney Cutler for Cutler Salons gave models sleek but messy faux bobs. The idea was to accentuate the playful femininity that is the spring line by contrasting it with edgy hair. Hair was prepped and blow dried with volumizing spray. The faux bob was created by braiding the hair and then tucking and pinning it under, while a faux bang was also created by pulling hair across the forehead and securing it with a pin there as well.
So, what do we think?
