An Evening on The Terrace, and Dr Graf’s pH Diet

Not too long ago, I had the opportunity to attend an event with beauty influencers, makeup artists, fellow bloggers, and renowed dermatologist, Dr Jeanette Graf. We were all gathered there together, in the name of Skin Expertise.

While sipping bubbly and catching up with a few of my favorites, I couldn’t help but get excited. Dr Graf is very well known, and very respected in the beauty community. I found myself genuinely looking forward to hearing her speak, and I wasn’t disappointed. Later that evening, the crowd listened with rapt fascination as the good Dr shared her tips.

If there is one message that I took away from the whole experience, it is that beauty and chemistry truly do go hand in hand. According to Dr Graf, maintaining optimal blood pH levels yields rewards in the form of great skin, and increased overall health. In consuming a diet rich in specific nutrients, one can conquer aging, and maybe even the world.

It was also during this event that the eager crowd was introduced to Dr Graf’s newest book, Stop Aging, Start Living. With her helpful tips, as well as the book and a package of litmus strips, I have embarked upon a mission to get my own pH levels to optimal.

Stay tuned for my results. In the meantime, tell me how you conquer aging in the comments
