Holiday Survival- Hairdo by Jessica Simpson and Ken Paves

Fact: I suck with hair. Give me a brush, a palette, and a face, and I can create virtually any makeup look your mind can think of. Give me hair accessories and a full head of hair however, and I am more clueless than a socialite on a chicken farm. Sure, I can flatiron my hair, but that is wear my mane prowess ends. Holiday functions abound, I find myself wanting to spice things up a bit, and I think I have found my own personal solution in HairDo extensions and wigs.

Hear me out on this one. Wigs aren’t just for your Halloween costume, they are also a great accessory that can change up your look with virtually no effort. You can literally change your hair length, color, and texture in a minute flat, with no commitment, at all.

The dreamchild of Jessica Simpson and stylist, Ken Paves, HairDo’s line caters to any and all of your hair needs. From extensions, to wigs, to clip-in bangs, you have tons of styles and colors to choose from. I went with the Long and Lush Stylable Wig in Glazed Auburn. I love that I can style this however I want, though I admit I will probably wear it out as is.

FYI, I have gotten tons of compliments on my ‘new do’. I sure as heck won’t fess up to this being faux, unless I absolutely have to. To pull a quick mane change, look no further than Hairdo, which you can find online at HairuWear.

I’m considering buying this wig in the same color (Auburn Glaze). I associate Auburn with quite red tones – but your picture (although you look great!) appears to show a more brownish wig. I was wondering if that was a trick of the light? How would you describe that particular color? Not to be a bother 🙂 Thanks so much!

    Hello Dahlia!
This wig is actually a soft auburn brown, with a lot of the light tones and red coming in the form of highlights throughout the piece. It is red, but not overly so. I hope that helps!
